What does an efficient running style actually feel like? And how can small adjustments make your run feel noticeably easier? In this hands-on session, Olympic coach Johannes Langer and elite runner Peter Herzog will show you how to improve your running technique through better body awareness.
The focus is on sensorimotor skills: learning to consciously feel and understand your movement while running. Instead of rigid technical rules, the session is all about developing efficient movement patterns based on your own body perception. With simple, immediately applicable cues, you’ll discover a running style that feels better, while also becoming more efficient and economical.
After the session, we’ll head out for a relaxed shake-out run where you can directly apply what you’ve learned and test the latest PUMA Nitro™ running shoes. We’ll wrap up the day with a cool-down, as well as snacks and drinks in a laid-back atmosphere.
